We’re based out of Marshall, Virginia and source from local farms that are dedicated to enriching the earth instead of depleting it.  We visit each and every one to ensure exceptional and safe ingredients. We know our farmers and they know their animals, raising them humanely on pasture, without antibiotics, added growth hormones or medicated feeds.

 

Our lamb is 100% grass fed and finished and never experiences time on a feed lot or at auction.  Our poultry is truly pasture raised, using rotational grazing methods and are chemical free.  All of the produce that goes into our foods is certified organic and the trimmings are composted.  Our foods are produced locally in a USDA human grade facility in Virginia.
