Do you ever substitute items?

 

Our selection changes often. We do try to keep the order form current with our inventory, but sometimes we do run short on certain items when packing orders (steaks always go very fast!)  When that happens we may try to substitute with a similar item that is equal or less in price, and will let you know when we send you the invoice for your order.  If you don't care for the substitution, you can just let us know when you pick up your order on delivery day and we'll gladly remove it from your invoice.
