It's simple! 1) Go to our website at http://www.farmbuyersclub.com where you will see our delivery schedule and locations. We are at each location for 30 minutes on delivery day.
2) Click on "Order Here" and you will see our order form with the list of products that are currently available. Select the city with corresponding date for when and where you would like to pick up your order.
3) After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation that we have received it. We will then fill your order, and email you an invoice for the total, usually on the Wednesday before the delivery. This is because steaks, etc. all have different weights, so we tally your order with the actual weight of each cut. 4) We accept payment at the time of delivery, and you can bring a check, cash or Visa/Mastercard to the pickup location.
5) You go home and enjoy fabulous fresh, local, healthy food!
You select and pay only for what you want. There are no membership fees and no minimum orders! There is a $4.95 delivery fee for each order. Home deliveries are available for an extra delivery fee depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.
We have a seasonal selection of meats, produce and other items which may have limited availability. To get the best selection we recommend ordering by the weekend prior to the delivery date. Some items are not always available or may sell out quickly. If we are sold out of an item you ordered, but have something very similar, we may substitute it on your order and let you know that we did. If the substitution won't work for you there is no obligation to take it and we'll gladly remove it from your invoice. Certain cuts of meat (steaks and bacon especially) tend to go quickly, though there is a lot more to life than steaks & bacon! Try our roasts or the larger steak cuts in a slow cooker or pressure cooker and you will be delighted! In addition to the selections listed online, we often have seasonal fresh produce with us at the drop locations available for sale by the pound.
We strive to carry the best-of-the-best-of-the-best meat and produce, and unless otherwise noted, all of our selections are grown & raised without sprays, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers or hormones. We sometimes have conventionally-raised local produce and will always clearly indicate how produce was raised. We carry certified organic produce from The Farm at Sunnyside, as well as produce from other farmers that may not be certified, but is grown using organic practices (we visit each farm and we encourage you to as well). To start a buyer's club in your area, please get in touch with us and we will help you get one started. To start a new location we generally need at least 3-5 people who would be ordering regularly, as well as other factors depending on the location. We'd be happy to talk to you about it!
